I look to work with SME owners who are seeking a little guidance along what can be a lonely path. All information shared is in the strictest confidence and Chatham house rules always apply.

I only ever have a maximum of 5 active customers at any one time in order to ensure all clients have assistance when they need it.

The approach begins with phase 1, a one to one informal chat to ascertain the background to the company and the reasons Option 3 have been approached.

Phase 2 consists of a site visit where I can witness the business in action first hand.

Only on completion of phase 1 and 2 would any costs be agreed should you, the client wish to move forward onto phase 3

To begin phase 3 I would need to ascertain the end goal for the client:

  • Grow
  • Exit

From there we can begin to assist in the decisions to ensure the best outcome is met.
