Having spent the last 35 years in the service industry, and 20 of those as a business owner, I’ve seen most highs and lows a business could wish to experience. Having started as an apprentice in the late eighties and having continued as an engineer in the 90’s my journey and education as a business owner started in 2003.

Over the last 20 years we have witnessed:

• The 2008 global crash
• Recession and Austerity
• Brexit
• Covid Pandemic

During all these economic events, I’ve experienced first hand the impact on an SME.

This experience has given me the ability to look at most issue a SME may have and speak from experience when providing business advice.
